Genius Appoints Momentum As Investor Relations Consultant
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Apr 22, 2014) - Genius
Properties Ltd. (the "Corporation") (CSE:GNI) is pleased to
announce that it has hired Momentum Public Relations Inc. to
provide market knowledge, service investor relations and strategic
development advice for the Corporation.
Stéphane Leblanc, President & CEO of Genius, commented: "We
are very pleased that Max Gagne, Momentum's president, has agreed
to work with Genius, as we believe that through his vast experience
and contacts he will improve our corporate communications and
marketing activities with the shareholders, finance professionals
and the media."
Under the agreement, having a term of twelve months, Momentum
will receive a monthly consulting fee of $5,000 and 300,000
incentive stock options of Genius at an exercise price of 10 cents
and to be vested in accordance to the Corporation's stock options
plan and the policies of the CSE, subject to the regularity
approval.
