management for technology, consulting and enterprise software
solution businesses
Mauricio Sant'Anna has been named Brazil country manager for IHS
(NYSE: IHS), the leading global provider of insight and information
covering critical areas across the global supply chain including
energy, chemicals, automotive, electronics, economics, shipping,
defense and security, as well as sustainability. In that role,
Sant'Anna is responsible for the IHS sales strategy, operations and
execution for all products and services for IHS Brazil.

A native of Brazil with more than 20 years of sales management
and business development experience representing leading global
providers of information technology and solutions for energy
companies and other industries, Sant'Anna brings a wealth of
technical and leadership experience to his new role.

Prior to joining IHS, Sant'Anna served as director at Gartner
Brazil, a leading information technology research and advisory
company, where he oversaw business development for the mining and
media industries. Before joining Gartner in 2011, he also served as
director of Latin America for TIBCO software, a provider of
enterprise software solutions, and he supported the oil and gas
industry as director for South America at SAS Institute, a
respected global provider of business intelligence and predictive
analytics software.
