iPoint TV Focused on Smart Application Distribution, Cohesive
Partners for Content Distribution and Relationship With 3D Partner
3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc.
SOUTHLAKE, TX--(Marketwired - Oct 14, 2013) - Swordfish
Financial, Inc. (OTCQB: SWRF) and 3D Eye Solutions Inc. (OTC Pink:
TDEY) is providing important information regarding Smart
Application and distribution via partnered devices and
products.
iPoint Television will not be moving forward with the agreement
to acquire Omniverse One World Media, Inc. due to the inability to
complete what is contracted. iPoint's focus is to continue to
build out it's media applications on 3rd party devices to keep the
company moving profitable. "It is important that we capitalize
on the devices which presently have millions of homes and market
coverage such as Roku, Apple, Android, Kindle and other devices
such as Smart Television sets and Set Top Boxes," says Mr. Clark
Ortiz
In this incredibly fast moving market space the balance of
offering a device verses content is imperative. Mr. Ortiz
continues, "The old adage statement, 'Content is King' is even more
apparent in today's space. iPoint continues to add many new
streaming partners who provide LIVE streaming and VOD
content. These partners are now beginning to increase in the
3D and 4k video market space in which we have an aggressive plan to
complete."
iPoint has partnered with 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (OTC
Pink: TDEY) to build, manage and update its own 2D and 3D content
application called 'App3DTV.' The partnership between these
two companies will help them capitalize in many areas of
interest. A partnership with iPoint provides the unique
ability to distribute the application on all smart devices without
having to apply for development licenses which, for many devices,
have closed this window of opportunity for submission. Having
a Coding and marketing partner such as iPoint will prove to provide
3D Entertainment with the ability to move into the distribution
space in lightning speeds.
Many groups who engage in contracting to build an application
usually take 12 months from start to finish. This partnership
provided 3DTV application within a few weeks for its beta version
and now developing its full length version to launch in just a few
days. TDEY is providing iPoint with the ability to profit from
the services it provides plus the subscription fees from
customers.
As these two groups continue to grow the synergistic
relationship will provide a Team+ experience. Two completely
different organizations with the ability to capitalize on each
other strengths. 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. has many
other products in development which will function outside of the
iPoint relationship but all of its digital content and distribution
will function within the scope of the iPoint TV business model.
iPoint's new application for iOS is 95% complete and should be
available for download and subscription before the end of
October. "We have seen an explosive request for our
application via social media and pre-subscriptions with over 20,000
downloads of our media application over the Roku Set Top
box. We have offered NO advertising of our content and
services to date. Present application downloads are from those
who query for content providers. It is exciting to see the
social element of marketing work at its finest," says Clark
Ortiz CEO of Swordfish Financial, Inc and continues, "I am most
certainly confident in our team and our technology to hold up
towards the potentially millions of downloads we may experience
within the first year of launching our full application."
iPoint's Global Entertainment Television (iGet *Not official
name) application will offer LIVE networks from around the world on
our "a la Carte" service. Consumers will have full control of
their monthly subscription cost and can manage their content
interest from the simplicity of their mobile devices or
computer. Once the application is downloaded they will have an
option to subscribe to the full lineup of networks and VOD content
or select the type of content of interest.
We anticipate the average content subscriber could be within a
$20 per month. This would offer the LIVE broadcast networks,
VOD, Radio and some Pay-Per-View premium movies. Included
within the application would be other 3rd party partnered
application of interest which would offer a residual monthly income
to the company.
The addition of our 3D partners and client, 3D Entertainment
Holdings, Inc. 'App3DTV,' has opened our content offering to the 3D
world. We are presently in talks with 3D content holders for
redistribution over the App3DTV application made available on all
Android and Amazon App Stores. The App3DTV is made available
for $7.99 per month to consumers interested in enjoying quality 2D
and 3D VOD content. (Projected 3D content launch by October
18th)
TV Everywhere is now the standard term for those distribution
companies who deliver content on mobile phones, tablets, computers
and TV sets. The once perceived second rate streaming service
made available with low bit rate, pixation and low quality
streaming services have been left behind. iPoint Television
streaming services provides a full complement of High Quality HD
streaming services to offer full Broadcast Quality digital media
content to everywhere there is a screen. "We can offer small
screens a full HD quality with low bandwidth or full size 80" HD
1080p television sets full HD quality.
