Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Westline Enterprises Limited, a company 100% owned by Malik Youyou.
( 2)  As of August 15, 2013, Mr. Malik Youyou beneficially owns 183,827,014 shares of our common stock, of which 105,175,042 are held directly by Mr. Youyou and 7,223,402 are held by Westline Enterprises Limited, a corporation 100% owned by Mr. Youyou. Mr. Youyou also holds presently exercisable warrants to acquire 71,428,570 shares of our common stock and another 300,000 stock options that are not yet vested, see footnote (3) below. Assuming the issuance of 71,428,570 shares of our common stock, pursuant to the exercise of Mr. Youyou's presently exercisable warrants, Mr. Youyou would beneficially own 71.91% of our Company's outstanding common stock. To date Mr. Youyou has not exercised any of his warrants and without the exercise of Mr. Youyou's warrants, Mr. Youyou has a 61.01% ownership of our issued and outstanding common stock. As August 15, 2013, Mr. Youyou has exercised 600,000 options, see footnote (3) and (4) below.
( 3)  Effective on June 20, 2013, Mr. Malik Youyou was granted options to purchase 450,000 shares each of common stock at an exercise price of $0.05 per common share, 150,000 vesting immediately and the remaining vesting one-third on June 20, 2014, and one-third on June 20, 2015, with a five-year life.
( 4)  August 12, 2013, Mr. Youyou exercised 150,000 stock options that were granted to him on June 20, 2013.
( 5)  On March 23, 2011, Mr. Youyou was granted options to purchase up to 450,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.14, all of which have since vested and are fully exercisable. On August 15, 2013, Mr. Youyou exercised 450,000 stock options.
