MacroSolve Files Patent Infringement Suit Against Redbox Automated Retail, LLC

MacroSolve, Inc., (OTCQB: MCVE) ("MacroSolve" or the "Company"), a
leading provider of mobile technology intellectual property,
announces it has filed a patent infringement suit against Redbox
Automated Retail, LLC for violation of MacroSolve's U.S. Patent No.
7,822,816.
The patent addresses mobile information collection systems
across all wireless networks, smartphones, tablets, and rugged
mobile devices, regardless of carrier and manufacturer.
MacroSolve's patent covers fundamental technology in the mobile
application space utilized by multiple companies.
"The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office awarded this patent to the
Company on October 26, 2010 and extended our rights to defend the
intellectual property through 2025. We fully intend to maximize
shareholder benefits as we license infringers for the remaining

On October 26, 2010, the United States Patent and Trademark
