The agreement reached is that UNFI will represent and carry Active

UNFI is a leading distributor throughout the United States and to more than 40 other
countries. UNFI's Eastern and Western Regions, where Active
Health Foods, Inc.'s products will initially be targeted, provides
17,000 customer locations with natural and organic products from 12
distribution centers located across the
United States.

suppliers including marketing and promotional tools, merchandising,
