(Pink Sheets: HRID) announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shares of EMG Marketing Solutions, Inc., a Florida corporation, that is focused on providing sales, marketing and product development expertise to the multi-billion dollar nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry. EMG Marketing Solutions will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hybrid Fuels.
