(Pink Sheets: PRRY) announced today that the Company's legal team led by Mr. Michael Louis Minns of the Minns Law Firm, has filed a response and counterclaim against Kent Weisenberg/Inspar Field Services, LLC for the intentional damage to the Company's share value. The Company filed a Motion to Dismiss in Federal Court on January 20, 2011 and filed its Answers and Counterclaims on January 21, 2011. Planet was served with a Civil Suit initiated by Weisenberg/Inspar Field Services, LLC on December 30, 2010.

In addition to Planet's Lead Counsel – Mr. Michael Louis Minns of the Minns Law Firm, the Company has expanded its legal team by retaining the Adams Law Firm. Mr. Will Adams will assist in this litigation.
