Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) -- In an effort to
move into the new year and toward the 2011 beverage season, Hall of
Fame Beverages announces several corporate moves that shareholders
can expect to see in the coming weeks and months. The company has
started the paperwork and procedures with its securities attorney
and accounting firm to move HFBG up from the Pink Sheets to the
OTCQX.
With this move, the company will have in place an extremely
qualified and highly experienced list of officers for 2011 to be
announced.
As the company prepares itself for the new year, CEO Steve
Hendricks would like to announce to all of the company's
shareholders there will not be a reverse split in 2011. Hendricks
says, "Many shareholders have expressed concern that the company
made it clear there would be no such move in 2010, but felt the New
Year would bring an immediate reverse split. This is not true and
we expressed that not only was there no reverse split planned for
2010, but such a move was not even in the plans, and we'll honor
the latter by stating there will be no reverse split in 2011."
As per legal advice, Hall of Fame Beverages has filed for
dissolution with the Secretary of State in Nevada and has made a
domicile move to the state of Delaware.
The company is continuing a theme of everything being new in
2011, and in that direction, Hall of Fame will be working with The
Stock House Group to improve its current website. A new design will
be implemented to go along with the new product, Grand Ma Ma's
Sweet Southern Tea, the new distributors, the new OTCQX platform,
the new Grand Ma Ma's animated television advertising campaign, and
many other new changes to be reported soon.
Hall of Fame's Distribution is progressing and announcements
will be made as they are completed.
