O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OTOW) announces that the Company's subsidiary, Earthcom Service Inc., has entered into a Master Build-To-Suit Services and License Agreement with highly acclaimed Vertical International S.A., a subsidiary of Vertical USA, LLC, a tower building company, to provide the construction of the wireless tower facilities pertaining to the wireless project being launched in the Dominican Republic.

The project is slated to build 450 towers over the next 5 years, saving the Company a substantial amount of capital over having towers built incrementally. Vertical USA, LLC is a rapidly growing site management, development and construction firm focused primarily on telecommunications and wireless infrastructure within the United States; while its subsidiary Vertical International, S.A. Overseas has similar developments in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Vertical's distinguished clientele include companies from the carrier level and private (Build-to-Suit) sector, as well as a variety of municipal, state and federal governmental agencies. Utilizing in-house resources combined with the joint efforts of strategically placed vendor and subcontractor partnerships, the Company is able to ensure our client(s) of the most budgetary compliant, efficient and meticulously completed work possible.
