Hall of Fame Beverages Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is pleased to announce that effective June 17th, 2010 the "Caveat Emptor" notice has been removed by Pink Sheets LLC. "This is just one step in The Company's intentions to follow through with the commitments to its shareholders, business partners and vendors," states Larry Twombly, Hall of Fames Beverages' CEO. Mr. Twombly goes on to state, "I, on behalf of The Company, would like to thank the shareholders for their patience and understanding. I was disappointed that it took so long to resolve, but I am glad that this small chapter is behind us. Current information is a vital part of any successfully run organization. We, as a company, will continue to make every effort to keep the information current, relevant and up to date. We have made significant strides in the progress of Hall of Fame Beverages thus far but the road does not get any easier in the future. Growth with teamwork is the Company's strategic goal for 2010 and beyond."

Hall of Fame Beverages would also like to take this time to announce that The Company is in the process of developing a share buyback program. The Company feels that it is in the best interest of all involved to purchase shares of HFBG while the share price is at, what The Company feels, a discounted rate. A minor amount of shares have already been purchased on behalf of The Company. More information about the program will be released when it is finalized.
