UTV Media Plc Announces receipt of CMA approval to the Sale of Juice FM. 
 
On 5 June 2015, UTV Media plc ("UTV" or the "Group") announced that it had 
agreed to sell Juice FM, UTV's radio station in Liverpool, to Global Radio 
Holdings Ltd ("Global Radio"), conditional on approval by the UK Competition 
and Markets Authority. 
 
UTV today announces that clearance has been received from the UK Competition 
and Markets Authority. Pursuant to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement 
with Global Radio, it is expected that completion will take place on Thursday 8 
October 2015. A further announcement will follow to confirm that completion has 
taken place.
