                                 New Contract


Speymill Contracts Ltd, the hotel and leisure division of AIM listed The Wigmore
Group Plc, have recently been awarded a #1.3m fit-out of a Casino in Cardiff
City Centre. The job comprises a fit-out of a new building on the UCG Cinema
complex to form a new casino with dining facilities. This is Gala's first new
casino concept development and work is expected to last 18 weeks.
