The Company was informed today that following the sale of 1,175,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its private customers,
acting as Principal, as at the close of business on 20 January 2003, City
Equities held 5,575,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.65 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
