Trading Update



The Directors of Wigmore are pleased to announce the first trading update on
Speymill Contracts Limited ("Speymill") since it was acquired from Artisan (UK)
plc.



Speymill provides construction and property refurbishment services to public
house, restaurant, hotel and leisure groups and specialises in building,
transforming, refurbishing and converting commercial, leisure and licensed
premises.



In the period 25th March 2002 to 24th April 2002 Speymill has won £3.35million
of new contracts.



This includes the following:-



Baroosh (McMullens in Cambridge)    - £1.5m conversion of property into a new
                                      bar

Havana (SFI in Bristol)             - £500,000 rebranding of existing pub
                                  
Havana (SFI in Isle of Man)         - £500,000 conversion of warehouse into a
                                      pub
