The Company was notified yesterday that following the placing, open offer and
admission of Wigmore to AIM, Artisan (UK) plc has an interest in 16,558,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in Wigmore, representing approximately 29.64% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
