NUFCOR URANIUM LIMITED ("the Company")
BOARD CHANGES


The Company announces that Mike Travis will be resigning as Chairman of the
Company with effect from 31 December 2007, due to personal commitments. He will
remain on the board as a Director and Chairman of the Adviser Appointment
Committee.

Kelvin Williams will be succeeding Mike Travis as the Chairman of the Company.
Kelvin has been a Director of the Company since it listed on AIM in July 2006.
In taking up his role as Chairman he has resigned from the board of Nufcor
International Limited, the group which provides uranium advisory and custodian
services to the Company, with effect from 31 December 2007.
