NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES



Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified on 20 November 2007 that, following a
disposal, QVT Financial LP was interested in 5,469,978 ordinary shares and
voting rights in the Company as at 20 November 2007, representing 13.3% of the
voting rights.

Nufcor Uranium Limited was further notified on 21 November, 2007 that, following
a disposal, QVT Financial LP was interested in 5,219,978 ordinary shares and
voting rights in the Company as at 21 November 2007, representing 12.7% of the
voting rights.
