Nufcor Uranium Limited was notified that Geiger Counter Limited purchased
300,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 March 2007 which increased their
shareholding from 1,400,000 ordinary shares (4.24% of the issued share capital)
to 1,700,000 ordinary shares (5.15% of the issued share capital).
