                      EXERCISE OF OPTIONS 

Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has 
issued 4,578,000 ordinary shares of USD$0.01 in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") in respect of share options exercised on 
8 November 2004.

Accordingly, application has been made for 4,578,000 Ordinary Shares 
in the Company, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary 
Shares, to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment 
Market (AIM). It is expected that admission will become effective 
and dealings will commence at 8.00am on 17 November 2004.
