Arria NLG plc (AIM:NLG), a technology leader in Natural Language Generation ("NLG"), was informed on 11 September 2015 that, following the sale on 10 September 2015 of 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), Ian Davy then held 5,158,062 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.97% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital at the time.

Arria was further informed on 19 February 2016 that, as a result of further disposals, Mr Davy now has a beneficial interest in 5,108,062 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.14% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
