I discount everything 24/7 Market News says. They are a paid promotion site masquerading as a "news" site. They were paid $2,500 to publish that "news" story.

Normally, for a medium-sized group of people versus large companies. There are very few mandatory filings with much, much less scrutiny than SEC ACT 34 companies. It can stay much more hidden and under the radar.
