Jeunke, I respect you very much, but my expectations are a little bit higher... It's almost (for me) seven years that I hear the Common word 'NDA'... After that 'ubiquitous'... That's more than enough for everyone I presume. They have the best tech, geological the best position, the fastest speed, t

Jeunke,

Thanks for your quick response. I understand. The reality is that the "silence" is the killer for us all LOL......

It sucks that even though we are working with 3 foundries......1 in Singapore, 1 in USA and 1 in Europe....... but nothing has moved the needle YE

It seems to me that the FDA NDA filing will occur before the EMA renders a decision. My guess is Anavex will wait until the MAA is accepted and past the first stop clock so it will have an understanding of what the regulators want that is not in the original filing. With that knowledge in hand Anav

LOLOLOL!! Of course not! CMKX was the biggest penny scam of the first decade of the century.

Did you mean to post on this board?

It’s 6 million ( as a minimum I assume), not 60 millions. Creating breathing space for the company and a bargain for some old and new investors.

Terrible. Is the SEC as crook as it appears to be from an outsider's read of that.

I have no other info than you guys. I am still hoping for news in the next few weeks and before year end. At a minimum I expect an explanation where they stand on their time line plan for 2024/2025.

Hi Jeunke,

Always look forward to your posts. Quick question. In your opinion do you believe that we will get some news before the end of the year? Or is it a more likely a possibility that things are delayed. Not sure what to make of the fact that we are already in first week of Nove

Thanks for that comparison between ANIP and TGTX, JTFM. We own 1000 shares of ANIP in a taxable account, but I now wonder whether 300 shares of TGTX in cash-poor IRA is enough to take appropriate advantage of that projected growth shown by data in your message. At age 87, I think I have time to sell

Our FDA delay is very likely to focus on the EMA, and then leverage that effort into the similar FDA submission.

My bet is that a prior EMA regulatory approval would have considerable weight in the FDA's deliberations surrounding Blarcamesine. For multiple obvious reasons that have
