Why wouldn't they want Phase 1 clinical data in their IDE application to strengthen it ?

I expect the FDA do require the data regardless, more to protect the FDA if there was safety concerns in the phase 1 data.

From what i am hearing they are. Its a legal process. Crypto team on standby to hopefully move assets in as soon as they finalize the unwinding agreement.
