The Company was yesterday informed that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, are non-beneficially interested in 3,800,000 ordinary
shares in the Company and 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
In aggregate the 4,000,000 shares held represent 4.29% of the current issued
share capital of the Company.
