a new provisional patent application covering new active pharmaceutical ingredients that will be
included in a comprehensive new file for submission to FINRA which should allow for the finalization of
the Corporate Action required to effect the Company’s name and symbol change with OTC Markets to
properly reflect its legal name of ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC. which is registered as such in Nevada.
The Company’s team is also currently working on a next generation drug delivery platform which it
anticipates will allow for more efficient administration of drugs targeting neurological disorders. A new
patent application is being prepared and currently scheduled for filing in the second quarter of this year.

yes hopefully the new application will be approved, I have not seen a FINRA name change happen within six months so we should realistically expect it by Christmas.

Yes, but as you mentioned on Mar 11 they updated and resubmitted their application to Finra, so hopefully it will get done this time.

They needed to raise $5 or $10milloon in the beginning of this story. Something they clearly have no clue how to do.

On February 16, 2024, the Company submitted a new provisional patent application to the USPTO covering new active pharmaceutical ingredients. The registration change has yet to be updated and still remains showing being registered to the former patent holder. The additional information with respect to this new filing will be made available in the near future once official registrations have been properly updated.

On December 16, 2022, the Company announced it has applied for name and symbol change to reflect its new name of ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC. and is awaiting final approval from FINRA of its Corporate Action

no Alex may take it on but it will be a while, a few months at least imho

So yo think ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC has been shelved and the shell is going a different direction now.,
Alzex is a South Korean pharma company. Pharma is a time suck.

With TKVR I think there is a connection between this company and Byte-dance the parent company and owner of tick-tock except I have not found it yet. Is that what caused all the drama in IGPK and them prematurely changing their name with the SOS and OTCIQ locked them out thus landing in Limited. They re-renamed back with the SOS to gain OTCIQ a access. Grace period is ip on the 15th or it's EM purgatory for them. I think they will get back Current.,
They have gotten pissy with the name changes. Used to be habitual R/S shells.
They really want to kill off the entire R/M sector.

Since the change in FINRA format with the 15-C-2-11, reverse mergers have been back burnered in hopes the new companies coming forward will go through the private placement process whereby only those allowed to partake in the expert market can participate and the company can go public through the more traditional process of going public.
Companies registered in Connecticut are almost impossible to go through the reverse merger process however those registered in Nevada (like this one) take about a year.
No professionals will invest serious money in this until the name change and symbol change are complete.

With 450k, $20 is only $9m.

It's always been a lotto ticket to me. And no matter where I buy now, it lowers my average. I got that going for me.

Yup...a year and a half with no news. My average is 0.35 which is pretty bad...but with a 200k mc I should make out ok if news ever hits. I'm trying to average down again.

Pharma plays take patience. SOBs need to say something. Or give the shell back to Synergy. I'd slap that wide spread at the close but already way over my comfort zone for a penny stock.
