This CEO should have used a RW to withdraw the original Form 15. That's what makes me interested here because he seems very disturbed of what to do. Very low float on Expert Market. I think the CEO is confused on what to do to make this trading again. These are the tickers that we need to target modern day OTC Market. The old Stop Sign stocks are gone and done. Target the incompetent CEOs that eventually get the stock trading again. That's the modern day OTC Market. I miss the old stop sign stocks.

I usually look at FINRA Daily List 2x a day. OTCM Corporate Actions, OTCM Tier Changes, and OTCM CE daily to see what's going to move, or what's not going to move.

iHub "Movers" USOTC Summary is a great place to see if there is anything in development. Take a look at Jake's tickers of Sharp's that never diluted a single share recently.

I totally agree the move is to up list.

One thing that I find interesting is that the vote is for a range of 1 for 2 (or) 1 for 10
R/S up to 1 year as of record date, but they also have verbiage stating they may decide to abandon the R/S if they determine it is no longer in the best interest of the company.

That’s quite a range ( both share and timeline) to ask shareholders to approve without knowing if they even intend to move forward with it.

Great interview with Adam. Company is making some impressive moves in the cannabis biz. Revenues continue to climb and will only continue as they move into other states. The delivery of product in 60 minutes or less by a team of 250 drivers is one of the big revenue drivers. If they can incorporate credit card processing, who know what revenue will flow in.
I think the only thing holding people back right now is the impending R/S vote.
