I believe John Harrison is listed as a company officer due to the fact that, if this comes back, audited financials have to take place for a merger according to finra rules. Just a hunch but Finra implemented additional rules couple years ago. It would be way cheaper to do this than list a new company on Nasdaq 100%.

Strange - why spend $1,200 on an EM OTC stock. Hopefully it will pay off for them and the rest of us sometime in the future.

One can rationalize away why people do things such as purchasing SBES but it could be a ploy.
If one had 100 million shares of SBES at .002x or whatever and did not want to lose big they could start buying in the event it brought some excitement to the table. When that happened and when everyone was buying up at .002x or whatever that person could exit (unscathed).

People will lie cheat steal to protect their money sometime even if it means losing their integrity. Or work in groups selling back and forth to each other and really not losing in the process except maybe for a trade cost.

Just be careful.

If you refresh the soleilpharmainc site it just gives you a generic “under construction”, that’s not a real indication anything is happening at all. Hopefully our time will still come but this kind of thing is nothing to be excited about
