So do I. But a lot of people don't, maybe they don't know how or are too lazy. I'm always surprised how easy people buy crap stock and lose big money without doing any DD themselves. And afterwards they start whining because they are screwed.

Yep, exactly, it's something that I agonize over on every trade, even $500 or $1000 dollar investments.

Then I read posts like this, where this guy lost $89K in a promoted ticker that tanked, because someone from a boiler room called him and told him it was going to da moon...lol....and I think to myself WTF, are people really that stupid, not to conduct any actual DD on a $89K dollar investment...??

Thats the nature of penny playing: trying to find the balance between risk and reward.

Seems like most of the majority of time the trading starts at much higher prices then the private placements, or however much the seed investors paid. This one only started out .10 higher, so while it seems kind of pricey IMO, based on the share structure, DD, etc, it's actually not too bad at all. I'd say there is a strong possibility this could be a bag or two at least.. but.. could also be pretty illiquid too, hard to say that this point.

Yeah, I noticed that too, all the 8k's had $ 1.50. That's why I bought.

Was just looking into this a little more. It looks like a number of private placements were done @ $1.50, so considering that they started the trading @ $1.60, I don't think that's too bad at all, in fact there is prob a really good chance this is going quite a bit higher IMO.

Still just watching right now, got a couple potentially really good tickers on my watchlist, that could start trading any day, so got to maintain plenty of dry powder.....however, if we start seeing some big bids or buys here I might grab a few.
