GRAY MARKET. Sales are being made.

HVCW took the stock purchasing capabilities out of the market. Now there is a MM buying the heck out of shares.
Reason, they said; didn't want to deal with the NASDAQ registration requirements. IMO this was a bone head move.

Anyone know what is going on here....not tradable...N/A..?

What Is the OTC Markets Expert Market?

Most of the companies quoted on OTC Markets are not able to meet the minimum listing requirements for trading on a national securities exchange. Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it difficult for the public to find current, reliable information about those companies. Companies quoted on the OTC Markets are divided into four tiers, the OTCQX, the OTCQB, the OTC Pink and the Expert Market. Companies on the Expert Market provide the lowest level of disclosure in comparison to other OTC Market tiers. As a result, trading is limited to quotation on an unsolicited basis.

On October 15, OTC Markets reported that “2,247 former Pink No Information securities shifted to the Expert Market tier, where securities may only be quoted on an Unsolicited (customer order) basis. Quotes of securities in the Expert Market are “Unsolicited Only,” which means that trades of securities subject to unsolicited quotation in the Expert Market are only available to broker-dealers, institutions and other sophisticated investors, and not average investors.

The SEC’s amendments to Rule 15c2-11 became effective on September 28, 2021. Amended Rule 15c2-11 eliminated broker-dealer quotes of securities of issuers that fail to make current information publicly available. With the amendments to Rule 15c2-11, the OTC Markets Group Expert Market became the platform for broker-dealers to publish unsolicited quotes of securities designated as “No Information” securities. Typically, these are companies not subject to or not in compliance with SEC public company reporting requirements.

Because of the restrictions imposed on securities quoted on the Expert Market, most investors will not be able to publicly sell their shares. Additionally, they will not have access to bid and ask prices or other information, including trading volume. As such, Expert Market shares are illiquid.

Companies moved to the Expert Market from another OTC Markets tier can apply to relist on the OTC Pink or other OTC Markets tier by becoming an SEC reporting company, submitting a new Form 211, and meeting OTC Markets requirements for the particular tier.

Then you have to ask yourself: why would an entity, market maker, spend money on millions of shares??

I'm thinking if FINRA would change the status to pink current we would have more eyes on this.

On June 11th 2024 an attorney letter with respect to current information was released - but it is up to FINRA (as usual) to change HVCW's status from pink limited shell status to pink current info

Smilin_B do you think HVCW will be pink current soon. I could of sworn they put out a quarterly report in June 2024. Doesn't this make them pink current or no?

I think HVCW still has a chance to make a run to .001+ DRNK has a similar SS as HVCW and DRNK had a run to .0013

Canouse and friends just got their quarterly dividend of common shares from their Preferred stakes.

I’m sure they are more than willing to sell into retail buying.

Looks like today's volume has a few eyeballs on this at quite a few places

I may need to average down for the first time so that I can get out of this sooner at less of a loss or perhaps even a break even

Wow... Does anyone know exactly what's going on with this stock? I've been a major bag holder underwater for over a year and would love to reclaim some of my loot back at some point several tiers higher if possible?

Nothing has changed. There is no more solar business, all the cash is gone. Bobby T has some new consulting business advising folks on how to run businesses if you can believe that.

Some folks are so deep in the hole that they would say anything to get others to bail them out.

What makes you say that? The volume today in the grand scheme of things was less then $15k. That sure doesn't scream like "boom time" is coming anytime soon.

Please enlighten us on what has recently changed. I for one would sure love to know.

Reposting my post from Nov 2023:

Noticed that Canouse managed to get the company current by filing last three quarterlies. Frondeur is his guy.

During the quarter ended March 31, 2023, the Company decided to postpone its operations due to a lack of funding. As such, the following activities occurred:

a) The Company’s equipment was repossessed by tis creditors and sold off;
b) The Company’s receivables were ceded to the financers of the projects
c) All operations were ceased and the Company has no more assets.

At this time, the Company is considering various strategic alternatives including restarting operations.

There are hundred of billions of potentially dilutive shares waiting for the ability to get converted.

The preferred’s and convertibles will decimate this ticker. I posted earlier how many billions of shares are waiting to be unleashed by Canouse’s when the time is right….for them any time is right.
