Have looked a little but haven't found new developments with this one

Nobody in here anymore? Stock has seen some nice buying in the last few weeks and months from time to time. Again today. Meaningful volume also for this stock. Something might be up. The ultimate sleeper, has about 10 cents per share in cash and available for sale securities and earns some money on those investments during any quarter and therefore makes a profit while they wait for the right reverse merger candidate or aquisition coming along.

CNRR - $5 million (.088 per share) in cash. Less than $50,000 debt. No convertible debt or preferred stock. Changing business plans, looking for investment or acquisition. Have enough income to cover their filing expenses. Quiet company. 86% insider held. Makes it a safe hold if you can get it cheap enough. Imo, of course :)

agree. a small low volume Pump. no reason for it to go that high and the lows are coming soon. will watch from here but without catalyst no point in owning it now. once the final dump comes that will be the testand see if buyers step in. drop under 5c very soon

The MM P&D is a conspiracy theory. Nothing more, nothing less. That's an assumption.
An opinion... I know for a fact an investor sold some shares for tax loss purposes after buying very high. Anyway... GLTA

Was strictly an iHub run, the absolute worst kind of runs IMO. Got 'promoted' all over iHub by a couple of enthusiastic shareholders and they flipped for a few bags....nothing new....happens everyday....always has and always will.

I'll wait for it to come down in the .02 -.03 range, grab a few shares, and stash them away for the day an decent merger/acquisition comes, it will happen, it's not a matter if....but... when.

when it takes a stock 4 months to move from 1c to 12c and then 7 days from 13c to 5c you know there was a MM P&d. this will test 2c to 3c by end of December. From that point if no volume comes she will drift for months a long bottom.

Nice to see some negative posts here. Not your typical otc stock. Company has .088 per share in cash, no debt to speak of and enough oil income to cover their reporting expenses. Will get bought back if it dips much further. In my opinion. Holding some free CNRR shares.

Yep, agree with this 100%. Buying and holding shells can be VERY lucrative, however, it also typically takes time and a hell of a lot of patience, and most iHubbers aren't really known for patience. I like this shell, however, I see no need to slap the ask or hurry to buy shares, as this has no obvious catalyst right now, and too many folks got in cheap.

Now granted once in awhile a shell will move, with no obvious catalyst or go 'to da moon' on nothing more then a iHub pump or fake catalyst (ie see VOXR) but for the most part it's a waiting game......and sometimes a loooong waiting game.

I actually don't buy many shells at all, I'm primarily interested in mergers and acquisitions, but this is one I would buy assuming I could get in at the right price.

I should also add this isn't technically considered a 'shell' but a development stage company, which is essentially the same thing in my personal opinion.

It's all a gamble no matter what stock you invest into. GLTA...

like I said its a pretty clean shell however buying a stock based on that is not good trading unless you bought the bottom. with no liquidity there's no trade here in my eyes. my current play took 5 years to R/M and they 20m in the bank and no debt and had a big name owner. This is worth 3c to 4c in my eyes and it will be back there in the next month or so....buying up here is just buying the bottom players profits!!

The stock is thinly traded. I will continue to be patient and pick up shares on dips. I expect some selling here and there. If you snooze you may lose out on the run. I think we will see a nice run soon!

I think you have it right. At the price today, I think it might be fairly valued without news or other events one way or the other. Often I'll pay fair value or a bit above just because of one thing --- if you wait for the event, you won't be able to buy (or sell) the shares once that event is announced.

Question is, when or if there will be such a move is something we can only guess at.

With things bottoming out, I would hope that they would move quickly while there is still blood in the oil patch. I would think that management here realizes that, and I hope they can find good deals, hopefully sooner than any later. Anything that drops from the trees is a gift I think, but I've been wrong before, but I've also had some fantastic home runs too :)

That's one of the problems with this, a lot of folks got dirt cheap shares, so it will take some decent volume to plow through the 'overhang', it's just not worth slapping the ask on this right now.

IMO I think it needs an impending acquisition to bring in bigger volume, it will happen some day, until then probably better off waiting for week hands to bail out, then stash those shares away.

Going to watch for dips and accumulate a little here and there when I can, this is one of those that will explode on any acquisition news.

Have you contacted the TA to see what the float is here by chance..?? Just from the filings it looks like it could be around 7M or so I'd assume.

Marked, watching this one, these guys got a lot of cash on hand and virtually no liabilities at all. Could easily see a significant acquisition here some day IMO.

The Company’s immediate core strategy is to create and enhance shareholder value by acquiring sustainable business with stable cash flow. The Company will not acquire any business in early stage of development.

You are probably correct about the tax loss selling. CNRR maintained a .20 cent average until the beginning of 2016. The mere fact that the outstanding shares and float remain the same says a lot. It will retouch the .15 to .20 cent area soon and if news hits it's gonna get crazy... really really crazy fast!

I think you might see some tax loss selling perhaps, but hoping shares fall from the sky to hit your bid might be a mistake if this runs quickly. I haven't felt as confident in a stock as this one in a long time.
