It was certainly unique. Malone Bailey outed Riad's outlandish claims on the fake bonds. The SEC quickly investigated and then suspended the stock. All the while Riad publicized his weird love life and his feeble attempts to validate the fake bonds, and I-Hub shareholders ate it all up.

Damn! Though it really was one of the most entertaining scam stories of all time. It had so much! Fake bonds up the wazoo!! Joe Riad and his exceedingly complicated love life!!

I just found a paper certificate long forgotten issued in 2013 by Gary De Roos and Island Stock Transfer for 100,000 shares of stock, and another one for 1228.

Wonder if it's actually worth anything?

If you spend a couple hours looking at Fuse Science you will be amazed at the scam. Tiger getting the medal of freedom and winning the Masters has stirred some brutal memories. Here is another example of the top 1% screwing the rules...the godfather of urban fashion and Shark dick.

I have been in the stock market for over 20 years. I have dealt with many scams. Fuse Science was the biggest by far. So many millionaires involved. Then poof, Woods breaks his 5-year contract after 2 1/2 years, goes to Musclepharm and now, of all things, Monster Energy. That company is on his bag now. Fuse Science was on his bag for 2 years. Because they believed in Javan King and thought that they would be able to convert after a reverse split. This was around the time when there was talk of uplisting. I sold several other paper certs to the same individual. All part of Javan kings master plan to protect holders In a reverse split. The banker who signed off on the transfer of the certificates looked at me like I had 2 heads when I provided Bloomberg print screens of the stocks. I said I know it's crazy but I found someone willing and enabled me to walk away even.

That is amazing. Why would anyone want it?

I can't believe I was able to sell the physical stock certificate to get my money back. The paper certs was the best thing because I couldn't sell on the market. I was able to sign them over to an individual and sell with PayPal :)

So Riad received "fake stocks" in CDFT? If so, then the claim that he didn't know what was going on is not truthful, is it? Because the claim Riad woke up one morning and found out that he had been named to the board AND the signed asset purchase agreement was executed without his knowledge is absolutely contradicted by the claim that he did, in fact, receive stock in CDFT ("fake" or not). So which is it?

And what "authenticated assets" are you referring to? And who, exactly, "authenticated" Riad's purported assets?

I was introduced to Gary DeRoos by the Radcliffes. The Radcliffes represented to me that they did a transaction on artwork with CDFT and they wanted me to invest in his company. I did not know much about his company at the time and when I met him he was drinking heavily and he ended up requiring a drive back to his hotel room. He thereafter sent me a contract regarding a potential purchase of oil wells that CDFT wanted to purchase from me. I declined that transaction. Then there was the day I woke up to find myself on his board of directors without his consent; and I thereafter asked to be removed and he removed me. Similar bogus statements have been released by him relating to others and, again, it has been due to the fact that Gary tends to release statements while drinking and without consent. Sometimes it seems he speaks with a person on a topic, such as this, and then releases a statement under the mistaken belief that it could conceivably become true in the future and therefore is a future statement...
He also issued me fake stocks to the Company. I have never benefited, financially or otherwise, or participated in the Company (fantacies in Gary's mind do not count) and am sorry for anyone whose time was wasted as mine was.

The confusion here is that the fake stock certificates, issued in an amount not authorized by the Company, and on paper printed out at Gary's trailer park house, have no bearing or relationship to any of my authenticated assets. However, I did report him to the SEC and I understand that an investigation ensued and halted the company's continuous bad actions and misleading statements to its stockholders.

I have no further comments about this matter.

Please post the communications you had with the SEC stating you had no involvement with this scam.

I have no understanding why you make such a statement when I have no association with this nonsense company or its members or why my good name was ever used with such a company. Gary DeRoos used my good name and I reported it to the SEC several times as I did not want my good name associated with this company at any level and my efforts helped to halt trading. To my knowledge, the only people who benefited were Gary DeRoos and the Radcliffes. I am tired of reading nonsense that was posted by Gary when he was drunk and such statements were posted without my consent. Please feel free to look up who sold shares and who did not and if you can show a single share of CDFT sold by me please feel free to post it; otherwise, do not make statements that are without a factual basis.

What she did was very strange. Sure, she was young. But not THAT young.

Yeah sadly the only fortune she saw in joe was what ever he had in his pants. But i remember thoes days, she should have just kept her mouth shut and let it go but when she had to open that mouth up it didint end well.

Oh, she said she'd "seen" Riad's fortune. She posted several pretty hot defenses of him right here. I think they were deleted; the admins thought it was a multiple account created by him.

She fell for him like a ton of bricks.

I see.. I would think she knew and wanted the money but she went in the wrong direction just like anyone ever involved with King. Greed and a refusal of peoples trust will get you in jail or dead.

Her story is incomprehensible to me. She was a young lawyer who could probably have had a decent career. Obviously she was finding it difficult to get work back in 2013, but she'd just passed the bar.

And then she became obsessed with Joe. Believed all his tall tales about billions in bonds and more, and became his private attorney. And his girlfriend. I'd have expected her to wake up by now, but apparently not.

Joe must have his own peculiar charm.

Not sure but maybe she knew too much and before being disposed had to give all her login info? I definitely would keep an eye out for her..

I would need some time to find it again, but he is working at a Barn, and when i called and asked, who the owner was it was not Joe reid, it was owned by a guy named Tim, but their was a Joe reid that is a stable hand which is our "billion" dollar guy. Nothing like getting min wage :P
