I in no way seek to be disrespectful to anyone. I am invested in this, directly BLILF(USA TICKER) and I will occasionally post at BRZ(CANADIAN TICKER)both for same Bearing Lithium Corp. Because I see the clear value and believe in the work LPI and BRZ/BLILF have clearly done. That EIA report was done, it was approved. That wasn't an insignificant feat or process, that took two years to complete.
I am invested in BRZ indirectly, whatever price action there is there materially affects anyone who is invested in BLILF and vice versa.
So I ask that you do your due diligence. And I also ask that you be careful in posting things that are conjectures, opinions, and colorful expressions on our holdings.
What is not a conjecture is the value of Lithium, tons and tons of which at this very moment, we are all sitting on, and literally own.

The ENTIRE region of Salar de Atacama is Lithium Rich.
The mere fact that SQM needs to raise capital to try and fulfill what it portends to be a massive increase in demand for Lithium, and that they need to dilute their shares in order to do it, and that the voters will say yes, should tell you everything.
GO TO SQM to ASCERTAIN WHERE THEY MINE:
https://www.sqm.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/SQM_-_Sustainable_Lithium_-_English.pdf
THIS ENTIRE REGION is Lithium Rich.
COMPARE THIS MAP AND REGION AND AREA, TO WHERE LPI / BRZ WILL MINE:
Page Five:
https://asx.api.markitdigital.com/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02307046-2A1262770?access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4
Where SQM and we are is a just a 334 Mile Distance. The Dr. makes it seems it's thousands of miles North, Less than a two hour drive. A two hour drive plus, maybe. The entire region is Lithium rich.
SQM and LPI are both about the same distance from the Ocean, for lithium transport.
Go here and read page four:
https://www.sqm.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/SQM_-_Sustainable_Lithium_-_English.pdf
Sadly the Dr. is unaware of this value, and wants and wishes so much we were SQM or Albermarle, lord knows why he didn't go and invest in them. LOL. The fact of the matter is that we sit on a highly coveted tenement that is lithium rich, and shovel ready. What is needed are minor and minimal things, that were impeded, like the entire Lithium mining idustry was due to the pandemic. Chile is getting back on it's feet and the vaccines are here, and we have a Green Energy Proponent in the most influential Executive seat of any Nation. Plus we have China desperately seeking Green Energy transformation. Hydrogen power will depend on battery power and storage, lithium, there is no way around, escaping it. Every nook and cranny where it can be mined will be extremely valuable. Especially in lithium rich regions such as ours.

SQM TOMORROW Votes to invest a Billion in Maricunga, in our vicinity, literally in the same area we are, where OUR tenements are held.In our neighborhood in Maricunga.
EDITED with all applicable Tickers: SQB will vote on a 1.1 Billion investment on lithium mining projects, on January 22nd. Obviously all investors will vote yes. SQB will be our neighbor with a massive project at hand. Either THEY buy us out or SOMEONE will buy us out, in my opinion as per our vicinity to such a highly funded and highly active site. Stock to be affected positively: Bearing Lithium: BRZ-Canada, and BLILF-US will continue to climb as of January 22nd. /IE Lithium Power: Australia- LPI , U.S.- LTHHF. These partners (LPI+Bearing Lithium) are sitting on gold now. Go to the very last paragraph to read this, it's in Spanish.
January 22nd is a special date. A major catalyst.
This is the link: you'll need to translate, and you'll need to go to the bottom of the article, it:
These are the two paragraphs in Spanish, but you can go see them yourself:

Amazing article on Quantums battery advancement and it's all LITHIUM based my friends, check out the snipped screen shot and go to the site and read up on this-or you can simply read it here, I took the liberty to copy and paste the relatively short article here for peoples convenience but have link for reference and screenshot which facilitates to digest this news a bit more morsel like-congrats to my fellow longs
, it's unbelievably fascinating ( side note, I also circled the snippet on NIO coming out with their sedan version as well):
"QuantumScape (QS) Provides Another Encouraging Update Regarding the Ongoing Testing of Its Solid-State Batteries – Will This Unleash Another Bullish Wave?"
"According to the thread posted on QuantumScape’s official Twitter account, the company has now completed over 1,100 test cycles of its solid-state battery, corresponding to real-life usage of 300,000 miles for a 300-mile battery pack and 500,000 miles for a 500-mile battery pack. Crucially, the company claims that its battery has retained over 80 percent of its capacity, equating to a Coulombic Efficiency (CE) – a ratio of the total charge extracted from the battery to the total charge put into the battery over a full cycle – of over 99.991 percent. As is evident from the tweet above, QuantumScape’s test results continue to consistently outperform the commercial feasibility benchmark target of 80 percent capacity retention over 800 charge cycles.
QuantumScape’s lithium-metal batteries are essentially anode-free. In this construct, the lithium ions are extracted from the cathode and are then deposited (electroplated) on the anode current collector, forming a temporary anode during the initial charge cycle. The anode collector then slowly loses lithium during the discharge process. Bear in mind that these batteries do not utilize carbon or carbon/silicon anode. They also do not use excess lithium on the anode, boosting energy density in the process. By eliminating the side reaction between the liquid electrolyte and the carbon in the anode of conventional lithium-ion cells, QuantumScape’s product claims to provide an enhanced driving range for EVs.Even so, a few analysts have been skeptical of QuantumScape’s claims. As we reported earlier this week, Brian Morin penned a critical article on Seeking Alpha on the 04th of January 2021.
Essentially, Morin pointed out several basic shortcomings in the company’s test results, including substantially reduced battery capacity in aggressive driving and low-temperature conditions. Nonetheless, readers should note that QuantumScape’s batteries will only be commercially available toward the middle of the decade, giving the company plenty of time to address these issues. Moreover, the solid-state battery manufacturer’s growing list of illustrious backers also serves to boost confidence in the feasibility of its product. To wit, the company currently enjoys backing from Bill Gates, Volkswagen (VW), German auto supplier Continental, as well as a number of venture capital firms. Consequently, today's announcement may well unleash another historic bullish wave in the stock that has seen much of its extraordinary recent gains evaporate over the past few days amid aggressive profit taking.

Apple targets car production by 2024 and eyes ‘next level’ battery technology
PUBLISHED MON, DEC 21 20203:48 PM EST
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/12/21/apple-targets-car-production-by-2024.html
Quote: "Apple’s design means that more active material can be packed inside the battery, giving the car a potentially longer range. Apple is also examining a chemistry for the battery called LFP, or lithium iron phosphate, the person said, which is inherently less likely to overheat and is thus safer than other types of lithium-ion batteries."

Imminent Anouncment coming according to CEOCristobal, from our JV(our partner in the Lithium Project) Minera Salar Blanco, in Chile. Please see source here:
You will need to create an account with Hot Copper, to read and joing this forum, this forum consists of investors in Lithium Power/Minera Salar Blanco/Bearing Lithium Joint Venture, and are very involved in setting up Q&A's with management etc. A conference call meeting was carried out December 1st.
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/q-a-02-12-2020.5782752/#post-49311631
Based on what they mentioned I am sharing, sadly I was not on that call, but thankfully, key points are mentioned by those that participated. I am sharing, what I see as key points of interest, see my other posts, and create your Hot Copper Account to be better informed.
Cheers. I am long. Congrats to all investors, as per December First Conference call, there is an 'exciting' imminent anouncement from Cristobal CEO of Minera Salar Balanco. Please go to Hot Copper for your own due diligence.

"Cristobal made it very clear that the imminent announcement has been something they have been working on for some time and represents "plan B" but at the same time STRESSED that they continued with the Codelco Plan A. Codelco is a very large copper coy and making a truck load of money with copper at 7 year highs and looking like rocketting further in 2021 as the Chinese economy powers (similar to after the 2010 GFC.)
The current Government has until March 2022 to make its mark and the Maricunga and Lithium are one of their first priorities. No government in Chile can be re elected, so they have to push hard to get infrastructure in place and thus the drive behind getting Codelco involved in the Lithium sector ( whether they like it or not)
All IMHO and my take on the call."
Codelco is use to Copper but needs MSB, or in other word our JV to assist and consult. It is important to note that only 2 other EIA's have been issued IN THE LAST 5 YEARS. We are barely coming out of the Pandemic. All projects halted, will re initiate once again. IE this is excellent, right when the EV market is on a very apparent up and increased trend.
For a more in depth Forum regarding our JV partner Lithium Power, please go here: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/q-a-02-12-2020.5782752/#post-49311631

Lithium Power Had a fantastic Conference Call with Investors yesterday.
more details, the link is:
Here is a synopsis from one of the attendees, many things that were not addressed at the AGM were detailed yesterday:
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/q-a-02-12-2020.5782752/#post-49311631
Hi Shake It,
i may not get everything, so will let others to fill in the gaps or correct my understanding
The management will have a or more announcement(s) in coming days. No detail can be or was shared because of disclosure requirements.
The management has a good relationship and work in partnership with the Chilean government.
Australian and Chilean governments have a good relationship.
Chile needs investments and foreign investments.
Lithium is new to Codelco and the government and there is a big learning curve for them. MSB is sometime the source of information for them.
The management is planning for more marketing budget to promote the company.
The Maricunga project is impacted by COVID- 19 restrictions but the management is optimistic to advance the project.
The management is reaching to those entities that regularly borrowed and returned shares recently to understand their intention as well as to promote the company. the management is not aware of any share price manipulation.
The management assured the audience that the interest of shareholders and management is aligned and the management is looking to add value to shareholder.
On the Australian assets, exploration was halted due to COVID-19 restrictions. Exploration was aso restricted by extreme weather. Since the borders amongst states are mostly if not all opened, the management is looking to continue with exploration.
The management is open to questions or communication with shareholders. Additional Q&A session may be set up with shareholders following the anticipated disclosure in coming days (so look out for the opportunity to participate).
Hope the above helps. Thanks to Andrew and Cristobal for their almost 2 hours speaking to the shareholders who previously attended the AGM and had unanswered questions. Thanks to those who participated in the Q&A session this moring with professional and respectful attitude. As Arcpro said earlier, there is no silly question and that is how we get more information from the management. Well done guys.
