After Horizon Aircraft separated from Astro via an employee buyout, it was my understanding that Bruce Bent (the current CEO and sole director / officer of ASDN) was working towards a re-listing on the OTC marketplace. I would direct further questions to Bruce.

I notice that ASDN was a sponsor of an $86 Million Blank Check IPO for Parsec Capital Acquisition Corp. PCXCU . It's also noteworthy that Patricia Trompeter, the CEO of ASDN resigned and became CEO of Parsec.
Obviously, there's some connection between these two companies and I am wondering if ASDN's allowing the company to fall onto the gray market.
Does anyone have access to anyone in management to explore this? It just doesn't seem likely that everyone involved would just drop ASDN and all it's accomplished.

Not BS, not a scam. SEC rules requires no quote on ASDN be published to retail investors, and retail cannot buy shares. Due to Astro Aerospaces' OTC stock SEC Rule 15c-211 non-current financial filings violation.

You should be able to sell through your broker. If not online for some reason (though online sales orders should still be working, the you may want to call your broker and submit the order/trade over the phone, and request the lower-cost (or free) internet commission rate because you were prevented from submitting an online order to sell.

I'd buy your shares from you if I could. I think ASDN will be much higher soon, if and when Astro Aerospace catches up on their SEC financial filings. If you get your stock certificate and we agree on a price per share, then... yeah... right.

Not so wonderful their 10-K is late, of course. Wonder what that's about. But this company is not a scam.

Broker cancelled my open order due to Astro Aerospace not current or in violation of SEC filing requirements for OTC stocks, per new rule 15c-211. Got added to their OTC company restricted list today so they just cancelled my buy order. Astro Aerospace has yet to file its 10-K.

Means all brokers now only allow closing positions in ASDN, which will drive the price lower yet as longs sell and as short sellers choose not to cover with buys.

There is no option to make new purchases of ASDN until the company brings itself current to satisfy SEC reporting requirements.

OMG, where is the volume? Is there any National Marketing going on? I believe I bought an empty suit. This isn’t going anywhere for sure. Just down, down and down.

The price tag will be less than equivalent helicopters. Basically, any mission that a helicopter can do but doesn't require long duration hover (i.e., spends most of the time enroute) this aircraft will dominate.

As previously publicly stated, we are still on track to fly our 50%-scale prototype Q1/Q2 of this year. 20 foot wingspan, 500 lbs. It will be impressive.

Not that I’m a buyer but I’m hearing the price tag is pretty stiff. I sure hope this company explodes in development and sales. Sure would to see larger volume buying and zero sales.

The great thing about the aircraft that we're developing is that it doesn't require any new technology or regulatory changes. This eVTOL will target regional transport and special missions (e.g., medevac, disaster relief, etc.) first.

Not insinuating anything. Just asking a very simple question about this stock. Personally I would love to see those suckers flying around everywhere. Although I don’t think we will see that for awhile. The government would have to set up regulations.

Shareholders finally have communication from the company. Why in the world would one insinuate something that was never said?

Not posting to get anyone to buy. I tried to buy at $0.76 but did not fill. I see it as tradable and potentially investable. I think company is real and legitimate. Is big board listed a big plus. And has cool evtols that are getting recognition. This industry is in its infancy. Volatility in share price is expected. At the right time entry can be rewarding. This company likes to dilute, yet I consider that its valuation is super low. I do think its buy time, though price could drop more too.

Would you say this is a good time to buy or your just teasing us to get us to buy by saying the 1st Qtr will be very good? Which is it? There hasn’t been much news reported of late. One thing I don’t get excited about is scamming. Just saying.

Sorry it's been a while. I can assure you it's been a very busy Q3/Q4 and we are hard at work. The progress on our 50%-scale prototype has been fantastic. It will be flying soon.

Q1 will be big. There are some significant announcements that will come out soon, but rest assured the reason you haven't heard much is only because of the level of engineering effort currently ongoing.

Perhaps they need a better marketing plan. Educating the public is foremost #1. If people aren’t aware of this company/product then how do you sell shares?

What are your thoughts on the near term and also long term growth? I’ve read there is strong thoughts of success with this company. We will see in the next 6 months how this company grows.

No, they're legit. Cool vtols too. One being reviewed and considered by the air force. Seems they dilute to sell shares to raise money to fund operations, right now. Only 16.6 M shares outstanding with a particularly low market valuation.
