Question on a Treasury Bond decision

I have a large Treasury Bond due July 31, 2025. It's a 3.5% coupon & 4% YTM. Right now the bond is selling for .996 of it's maturity value. With interest rates coming down, I'm thinking of selling that bond now(getting .996 maturity value) &
