That I am not sure of. That deal has been taking quite a long time to get done, so it may be that they went a different direction and that this new alliance with Mr Frye is part of that. I do think his experience will help bring something of value into this ticker though.

Haha. I did buy some more tnxp. Just in time for this little spike. But it hit 42 or 48 then it hit 40. Now it's at 36 so just lower highs unless it breaks and holds above 40
