      This is a great way to get some value from your WORSTPORT shares.

      Now the good news : The LOWER WORSTPORT goes, the more you can write off.

      So all of your fellow longs and all of the shorts are pushing WORSTPORT Down.

      I think it is so nice when the interests of both Shorts and Longs are aligned !

      IT'S TOO LATE ! NO ONE CAN SAVE WORSTPORT !
      The only thing left to do is hire an outside team to evaluate "Strategic Options", which really means, "Find us a buyer and try to get as much as possible. " !
      Any plan that deviates from the simple strategy above WILL FAIL.
      This is the only option WORSTPORT has left.

      The Volvo LOI is NOT a BIG Deal !

      Guys, this is Lousy WORSTPORT ! WORSTPORT can't do BIG Deals because nothing about WORSTPORT is big !
      This is just a supply deal between the buyer and vendor, with the buyer taking an ownership interest (JV) in the vendor ... for pennies on the Dollar.
      Barry, Robert & Mark, have you even tried crunching the numbers ? If you had, you would be in hiding right now and not opening your BIG Mouths. You are displaying your ignorance to us all.

      WORSTPORT is a small, struggling auto-parts company, and they have just sold their soul again to a big truck company. Did you learn NOTHING from the Cummins JV ?

      You got skruud by Cummins ( and the management helped), and you will be skruud again!

      Like Cummins, Volvo brings the gravitas and credibility that WORSTPORT Lacks.

      But WORSTPORT remains a struggling, niche auto parts supplier. One recall would wipe out WORSTPORT, but not Volvo.

      If the LOI doesn't become a real deal, then I don't see WPRT being much more than a small, struggling niche auto parts supplier worth about $1.00 / share.

      WORSTPORT really is dead money. There is so little upside potential, and no real deals in years.

      And anyone waiting for hydrogen should wait before buying.

      WORSTPORT will be long gone before there is a hydrogen ICE business.

      NGVS are a small niche business. WORSTPORT needs to end their delusions of grandeur, and right size for the business they have.

      The $100 million LIE will be used as evidence in the shareholders suits

      Penny - The Saudi's have cut back Zero gas!

      And the Saudi's have only cut 1 million barrels per day of crude oil.

      Not ONE MAJOR OIL COMPANY, will have a wide spread roll out of hydrogen.

      They all know the numbers. You don't even know the difference between oil and Gas.

      Penny - Did you see the word "Research" in the title ? Not a product ! Not a business ! A Research Project. Another Science Fair Project.

      Where are the hydrogen stations? One reason NGV's are such a FAILURE is that there are not enough stations.

      And when you can find a Hydrogen station, Hydrogen Costs 5 TIMES more than diesel and 6 TIMES more than RNG !

      No one wants a vehicle that uses expensive hydrogen and still pollutes. A solution the a problem that doesn't exist. NGV's are a total failure, and Hydrogen ICE's are 5 TIMES Worse.

      People have been flogging this DEAD HORSE for more than a decade. After 20 years this pturd is STILL UNDER $1.00. There is NO UPSIDE. There is a Tiny Niche market for NGV's and that's it.

      Natural gas at $2.00 and oil at $100, and WORSTPORT couldn't break even.

      WORSTPORT's business model is a Failure.

      Any company as bad as WORSTPORT, that doesn't have a solid plan going forward, needs to Clean House tomorrow.

      In 2019 WPRT reported $305.5 Million in Revenues. None of the JV Revenues were reported in that number. The JV contribution appeared under "Income from investments accounted for by the equity method" and totaled $26.7 million. So in 3 years, sales have been flat ($305.5 vs $305.7). In 2019 Gross Margin was 22%. In 2022 it has dropped to 12%. EBITDA has dropped from a positive $28.4 million to a negative $17.5 million, a swing of $45.9 million. To offset the lost JV profit, sales would have to increase by $222.5 million at 12% Gross Margin.

      This is why we call it, WORSTPORT.
