On March 31, 2008, Michael J. Barhydt, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary formally tendered his resignation to Thomas Group, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other interests, effective April 11, 2008. Mr. Barhydt’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the policies or practices of the Company or related to any accounting or financial disputes.
