This Resultant class was announced during the February 2006 earning call and finalizes the list of those hired in this class. Prospective Resultants undergo a rigorous selection process, followed by intensive training on Thomas Group's proprietary process improvement methodology, Process Value Management. Mary Ann Shockey brings to Thomas Group nearly 25 years of experience in the consumer food industry, 16 of those with Campbell Soup Company. She previously held positions with Diageo, PLC (formerly Guinness UDV) and EDS' Food and Consumer Packaged Goods Division. Her experience is in Sales, customer management and supplier/distributor relationships. Shockey holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She and her family live in Plano, Texas. Robert Siaskiewicz joins Thomas Group with more than 30 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management and distribution. He previously held positions with General Electric, Director of Distribution for Brunswick Indoor Recreation Group, Director of Distribution for Ashley Furniture Companies, and EPI Printers, Inc. Siaskiewicz holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York-Plattsburgh. He and his family live in New York. In joining Thomas Group, Colby Springer brings 35 years of experience in information systems. He has held the position of Chief Information Officer for such companies as Pearle Vision, Blockbuster Entertainment, Michaels Stores, Inc., Bristol Hotels & Resorts, and ClubCorp USA, Inc. Springer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master's degree from California State University, Northridge. He and his family live in Southlake, Texas. His background includes more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, design and information technology with Hewlett Packard, Lordan Biomedical, Artesyn Technologies and Qlogic Corporation. Davis' previous tenure with Thomas Group was in the 1990s. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. Davis and his family live in Minnesota.
