Additionally, he brings business development and marketing experience from his position as vice president, business development and marketing with Karta Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Cerne worked for Raytheon Technical Services Company as director of business development. Cerne holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and earned his MBA from Baker College. He and his family reside in San Antonio, Texas. Lanning Cocks joins Thomas Group with more than 30 years of management and company turn around experience. He served as president/CEO of Hilti Japan, as well as president of Hilti Korea. He also served as president/CEO of Vickers Asia Pacific, Ltd and as president/COO of PAM Oil Co. He holds a bachelor's degree from Park College and earned an MBA from Clayton University. Cocks and his family reside in Rogersville, Missouri. Gregory Henderson brings 25 years of experience in supply chain, operations and technical support with companies such as Rockwell International, Vought Aircraft (formerly LTV Aerospace and Defense), Allied Signal and Lufthansa Technik Tulsa. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical design technology. Henderson and his family reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In joining Thomas Group, Tom Pick brings 25 years of experience in operations, sales and management within the communications industry. He has worked with companies such as NEC Corp., Arch Communications Group, Inc., Philips /Consumer Communications and Motorola, Inc. Pick served as founder and principal of Stat Performance Group, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Henderson and his family reside in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
