Could it be the higher price target is pricing in for the reverse split?

But I sold this and put my money into CARV...and I did okay.

I guess the $22 was not a typo after all. The analyst calls the merger "transformational" for ARPO. WAtching for a dip.

It still might! That NEWS ($22 price target) on TDA screams buy! I did lol. The newS release has share structure and financing details. Perhaps that will attract some new buyers. I'm not savvy enough in biopharma companies to know. Good luck friend.
