Gone are the days when people were singing the praises about their saviour Neil Chan . Turns out he was always the hack I said he was quite a few years ago. I fell for his qualifications from Motorola way back in the day and invested in IGEN at its beginning. He will rinse and repeat I am sure one day leaving new investors in his wake. He’s nothing but a clown running a clown show that only he and maybe a select other clowns can win.

I see Chan ran this into the ground.

Well, I agree it doesn’t seem likely, but Sarge did “disappear” about the same time reporting ended and folks were left more in the dark than ever - and that’s not easy to do. LOL

lol I seriously doubt they're the same person. My guess is Chan wasn't able to accomplish anything of value, and is perhaps letting this die, but wasn't necessarily out to scam us all along as some claim here. The OS hasn't changed since November 2023. The 10-1 reverse split hasn't happened. If he was just selling shares all along, why wouldn't he keep that gig going? Is there an outside chance the new accountant gets this current again? I'm not betting on it but so long as this isn't Expert Market, that could still happen

SEC 144 filing would/will show if Chan ( SGT) is out or still a shareholder….

What will next eventual filing show ? Has Board resigned? Did they dump their shares? Has Chan run back to Canada? Or could one of the press releases come true and they get some revenues? Will the new accounting firm get paid and get caught up? Will some one make a documentary about it the Chan con man?

Yeah IGEN's "highly respectible" Board of Directors can all rot in hell. Some were spot on "they know what they are doing" when defending them the past several years. Anyway whomever is still buying this shit needs their head examined. It's been an entertaining 4 years following this board thanks to all that are left posting. Take care everyone.

I had the same experience with RMRK and CVIS.

Both these tickers were dead as Disco for years. RMRK about 3 years and CVIS over 5 years. I made 11k with RMRK when it “woke up” and 22k with CVIS just for being patient.

This is the only hope for IGEN imho. It will have nothing to do with anything they planned to date and Chan will be LONG GONE. And yes, it could take years….

Well, I’ve been in some where once about 15 years ago I bought some .0001’s, the company was dead just like this one, I had Scottrade at the time with just my junk OTC’s in it and my Fidelity had all my big board stocks in it. It must have been at least 2 years since I logged onto the scottrade account, and when I did, the one .0001 stock I had, which I only had $1800 invested was now worth $23,000. I couldn’t hit the sell button fast enough and walk away. IGEN will probably be another, From shit to gold…. Just gotta give it enough time. Could take another year or 5 to run.

It is as I’ve been fearing for a few years now.

IGEN is just an elaborate share-selling scheme where Chan was a necessary part of the scam. He lent his name for a long time and pretended to make announcements and plans which at first, worked quite well. But as the years passed and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ever materialized, the pumps were less and less effective. Now they stopped pumping (and reporting) altogether, and the price reflects the value Mr. Market had put on IGEN.

Your guess is as good as mine. At the time of the news and following it, I believed Chan would get things done, but obviously it doesn't appear that way and with the profound silence from the CEO one can reasonably assume the worst

Second time accounting firm replaced during the past 5 years??? Never a good sign no matter how they spin it. At next filing of balance sheet pay attention to balance sheet deficit ( greater than market capitalization of entire company?!) and “on going business “ clause. Now three years since any new account added revenues?
