I joined after retirement. So I generally have all the time in the world.

Perhaps you could help me understand how the shorts managed to get the SP back down. Was it just a break because the overall markets moved down? Did they actively do something to pressure the SP down.? If so how did they do that without giving up profits from the short at the higher price.

The idea that Dell could be shorting SMCI is not too far fetched, anything is possible in this arena. Main competitor. Did you know that Bill Gates lost over 2 billion dollars just lately shorting TSL*A. The idea that Ernst and Young was helping their short buddies is also not too far fetched. T

Well I likely will surprise a few with what I have to say. It's not clear to me that the company is dead, but I do feel there are financial concerns, perhaps serious, but it's not new. It looks like it was on life support in 2020 when Chris Diamantis rescued it for whatever reason.
