Hi Rodney, The lowest ERCF assumed in the CBO report was 3% so if 2.5% was used the GSEs as a whole would be really close to the required ERCF at the end of 2026 - personally I would really like to see Divs in early 2026 and some earnings retention policy to get to the 2.5% level.
