Spin off is OTC Q's required answer. Spin off means the EXISTING OPS in $HIRU ie: Liberia mining, H20 packing business, H20 eqipment etc. Company answered that in Q2 filing. Hope this link assists https://investopedia.com/terms/s/spinoff.asp
