Two stock companies do reverse mergers all the time... And also a private company can reverse with a stock as well to become a stock company with out going to thru the expense of stating from scratch.

Someone posted a picture from the HCW conference on ST—it looks identical to Misleading's last HCW conference. The first couple of rows appear completely empty. Did he end up speaking to an empty room?

The price action says different. Plenty of buyers loading up in trips.

So, this issue traded 110k shares today, and for the week around or less than 5k / day... so what's up with that, 5k moves the share price 6cents, and 110k moves it 4cents ... and and exuberant buyer pulled the trigger on the ask just before close... heh heh heh, with 40-45k at 19-20ish... huh
