The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI USA Low Size Index. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI USA Low Size Index (the Underlying Index), which is based on a traditional market capitalization-weighted parent index, the MSCI USA Index (the Parent Index). The Parent Index includes U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks, as defined by MSCI Inc. (the Index Provider or MSCI). The Underlying Index is constructed by applying a mathematical formula at each rebalancing that reweights the components of its market capitalization-weighted Parent Index, such that the representation of smaller capitalization companies is increased relative to larger capitalization companies. In addition, at each rebalancing, the Index Provider calculates a constraint factor for each component. The constraint factor is the ratio of the components weight in the Underlying Index to that components weight in the Parent Index. Show more

The questions I have he probably didn't answer in advance.
1. Are all of his debts (convertible notes and others) paid off?
2. Are all of the legal cases against him over?
3. Is he the Plaintiff in any on-going legal cases?
4. Is he self-funding by restaurant revenue alon

RD indicates something there on September 3. For those who have SOME "NN" , I don't understand how to get distribution when escrow holders do not have "NN" A interst distribution. To me looks like LIBOR is dead.

For context, Lemqembi cost and benefit: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/alzheimers-drug-leqembi-cost-patients-taxpayers/

In addition to the company's $26,500 annual price tag for the drug, treatment could cost U.S. taxpayers $82,500 per patient per year, on average, for genetic tests

Most wise investors take their gains and buy and hold best in breed and blue chips, which also pay heal

Possibly the lamest excuse that you have used to date to spin their actions! AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING!

Shareholders know... that you are lying!

If DBMM actually had "the goods", they had no reason to settle! No spin can bury that FACT!
