As $ECOX is on the Alternative Reporting Standard, it only needs to have a Verified Profile and file an Annual Report within 16 months to remain OTC Pink Limited and thereby save significant CPA and Attorney fees.

They will need to do one of the new Management Certificates soon along with the 2024 Annual Report by April 30, 2025.

From July 1, 2025, OTC Pink Current will become OTCID Basic Market and everything else will either be Pink Limited Market or Expert Restricted Market.

Only those that meet the standard for OTCID Basic Market will have a relationship - and therefore fees due to - otcmarkets.com. It has not yet been stated exactly what the qualifications for that are.

However, the rest, Pink Limited Market and Expert Restricted Market, will be able to be traded via any broker-dealers willing to serve clients willing to trade these securities. At present, US-based broker dealers aren't allowed to quote for those on the Expert Market.

Friday I emailed the attorney asking:

When did Richard C Hawkins become one of the CEO’s of Eco Innovation Group Inc?

I got no return reply from the attorney

Saturday I noticed Julia was removed from CEO position

Any clues to what is going on?
Are we getting some filings caught up soon.
It would be nice to see the corporate actions cleaned up.
Julia has vanished for a long time and so did the websites. I hope something new is in the works.
