I don't understand why a 9 month failed merger negotiation cannot be explained by management. Patrick signed on until December 31st FACT. There is no explanation there is a murmur of disappointment that is INCONSISTENT with the agreed too negotiation. This "UNWINDING" is a very large understatement.

Right but it still comes down to who is motivated enough to vote. For some, it takes a lot of motivation, while with others it takes hardly any motivation at all.
