6/28 The same day they released this 'news' they issued 200,000,000 more shares to the OS from restricted to unrestricted by way of promissory notes. Q3 disclosures will show this, if they are still current by then. Still 10billion more to go shares to max out OS.

Low volume is easy to take a stock down, you see it all the time, when they come out with good news ! This will move ! Lots of eyes on this one !!

Good one for sure but same old story, volume drying up as this settles down in the 40’s and probably lower. It’s just too bloated and only getting worse as shares continue to be added…. Folks selling to get into other opportunities I’m thinking as a lot of chatter out here about this not shooting to the moon.

There are less than 8 billion shares in the float, the authorized is 25 billion. Unless they issue more shares, no problem. Don't try to scare investors... nothing has changed with the share structure.

A little DD will show just why people are getting out. Many of the people involved in this company have a checkered past. Mike Holley is one of them. He ran the TBEV scam with Toby McBride. Also the company has ZERO sales. The will put out PRs. They will never put out 10Ks

Or maybe people are rushing to get out? Either way the stock is tanking.
